For the last 14 years we have been the premier preferred contractor maintaining the exterior paint and trim packages across Lifestyle Communities properties in the Columbus area. Each community typically consists of 150–250 buildings, and we work through them on a multi-year rotation maintaining trim, siding, shutters, fences, patios, railings, clubhouses, and other exterior components.
